Dorproektresurs Ltd. was established in 2001.
The company has been specializing in planning and surveying in road industry, and since 2006 its activities have expanded to industrial and civil engineering (ICE). Specialists of Dorproektresurs Ltd. perform a full range of planning and surveying work for construction, renovation and repair of highways and associated structural works, and of ICE facilities. This includes highway designing and bridge engineering. Our specialists have gained experience required for carrying out of feasibility studies and investment substantiations. The state-of-the-art production facilities of the enterprise contribute to successful fulfillment of assigned tasks.
Dorproektresurs Ltd. has on its balance all required equipment, transport facilities, up-to-date computer systems and software. All this allows the company to execute any planning and surveying work within the main profile of the enterprise – highway engineering. Since 2006 Dorproektresurs Ltd. has expanded its activities to the sphere of utility networks and utility services engineering, as well as special systems designing. Moreover, there have been blueprints to open up an absolutely new line of activities in the near future – highways construction.
The headquarters of Dorproektresurs Ltd. are located in Moscow; besides, the company has a branches in Voronezh and in Orel. Long-range plans have been underway for development of branches in other regions of the country. The office in Moscow and branches in Voronezh and in Orel are engaged into engineering of highways and associated structural works, there is also a special division that addresses the issues of industrial and civil engineering facilities, including residential houses, sports facilities, plants, depot centers, business centers and malls. The implemented projects have a very wide geography, covering Yakutia Republic, Karelia and Bashkiria, Voronezh, Tver, Moscow, Ryazan, Nizhni Novgorod, Leningrad, Oryol, Lipetsk Regions, the Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnodar Territories, cities of Petrozavodsk, Nizhni Novgorod, Balashikha, and Ryazan. Dorproektresurs Ltd. has at one’s disposal all equipment required for work execution and staff that includes 172 members whose average work experience exceeds 20 years and pertains to such spheres as transportation facilities engineering (highway designing and bridge engineering), as well as ICE - industrial and civil engineering.
Starting from 2008, Dorproektresurs Ltd. has been an active participant of the new direction of activities in Russia – development of toll highway network. Our company provides technical and economic consulting within the frameworks of tendering projects for making concession agreements for financing, construction and toll exploitation of the following facilities:
- “Express freeway Moscow – St. Petersburg at road section 15th km – 58th km” for KIT Finance Investment Bank (JSC),
- “New approach to MRHW from Federal auto road M-1 “Belarus” Moscow – Minsk” for JSC Glavnaia Doroga.
At the moment Dorproektresurs Ltd. is participating in engineering of transport network for Olympic complexes in the city of Sochi (Krasnaya Ployana).
